Set within Kay Park

 the works involved the construction of a new building formed around the restored remains of a fire damaged category A listed monument to Robert Burns.

The Burns Monument Centre comprises a marriage suite / conference facilities for up to 85 people, climate controlled library archive storage and genealogy research rooms and includes new car parking, lighting and upgrading of access roadway.
