conservation repair and upgrading of the 200 year old Category A listed cathedral building, including installation of new underfloor heating, chandeliers and specialist lighting, stained glass and gold leaf restoration works, stone conservation and formation of a new Cloister extension and Italian garden.

Phase 2 works included completion of Cloister structure and fit out to form a museum and exhibition space, visitors cafe, toilet facilities and upgrading of adjoining Presbytery building and car park.
