Final four phases of ...
the seven phase redevelopment of the former Glasgow Meat Market site. The project comprised 4 contracts separately managed by each Architect (Elder & Cannon, JM Architects, Page \ Park and with Richard Murphy as the lead Architect) but running concurrently with the same Main Contractor, Engineer and Quantity Surveyor under a JCT2005 contract.
The 93 flats were a mixed tenure of rented, shared equity / ownership with funding being provided by GCC Housing Grants, Historic Scotland, GCC 'City of Light', private sales and HA own resources.
