The client’s requirement for the ‘fast track’ procurement of this convent necessitated a two stage restricted tendering process being adopted and therefore a guaranteed maximum price being negotiated with the most appropriate contractor.

The convent is fitted out to a high level of specification including hardwood finishes in common rooms.

The facility is highly serviced, and has a lift installation.
