As part of the regeneration of Rothesay's main promenade, 12 flats were developed in partnership with Fyne Homes Limited, with the balance for outright sale by the developer. The commercial units were constructed to shell-stage and funding was received from Private Finance, Communities Scotland (GRO & HAG) Argyll & Bute Council and Argyll & Islands Enterprise.
