The works comprised the design & construction of 11 terraced houses, 29 mainstream flats and 3 wheelchair flats.
The contract was formed with Cruden Homes East, however the Principal Contractor was Hart Construction.
This did not present any issues as contact was maintained at all times with both CHE and Hart, both with respect to Brown + Wallace’s Employer's Agent and CDM Co-ordination roles.
The project was managed effectively with it being delivered on time and on budget.
