Brown + Wallace are delighted to be appointed by Buchanan Bridge Club to provide Building Surveying and Principal Designer services for an external refurbishment of the Grade A listed property.
The project involves close liaison with Historic Environment Scotland as the property retains a number of original features including: marble fire places, detailed cornicing and ornate finishes throughout.
We look forward to undertaking the role of Contract Administrator to achieve the Clients’ needs.
